Yoga teaches us to cure what need not be endured and endure what cannot be cured.

Tamara Ice, already a master teacher for many years, now blesses us with her yoga classes. She is always the engaged, curious learner and compassionately guides her students in opening to their direct experience of life’s gifts. Thank you Tamara for offering yoga to our community.

Tamara's Feel Good Yoga classes are invigorating and joyful. I love spending my Saturday morning in a circle of playful practice. Tamara Helps me to challenge my edge with compassion and breath. I always leave class smiling and inspired.

I started taking yoga from Tamara a bit over a year ago. At the time I was 71 and not in very good shape due to a few years of low activity. I was overweight and not very strong. Her gentle way of teaching the yoga poses was very encouraging to me. I worked, with her guidance, to increase my strength. My Downward Facing Dog, at first, was a very shaky old dog. Over the course of the year I have felt my body get stronger and stronger, and increased my confidence greatly. My Plank, which at the beginning was pretty warped, is now straight and strong. I love the way she begins classes with warm ups for the body, and a thoughtful poem for the mind. And when the class comes to a close my sense of peace is deep. I plan to keep coming to her classes and to keep working on my Yoga Practice.
